Connecting Google Gemini / Custom Connected Apps
Obtain Client Credentials
Navigate to your Developer Applications or API Keys and copy your OAuth Client ID and Secret.
Configure MCP Server URL
In Gemini settings under Connect to an MCP Server, enter the exact URL: /mcp
Authenticate & Authorize
Provide your OAuth Client ID and Client Secret. Gemini will initiate an OAuth 2.0 handshake to authenticate your session safely.
